Educational health consultations are by appointment only and generally consist of two visits. The first appointment is to discuss your concerns, set goals and help you make a plan for success. The second appointment is to follow up with whatever course of action you have chosen and to revaluate the situation further to make sure you are progressing towards your own personal goals of health. The follow up appointment is necessary to insure proper care of your health and well-being.

Flower Essence / Homeopathy

1st Time Health Consultation:
This is a one to one and half hour educational health consultation which includes one flower essence bottle and a follow up phone consultation. Fee: $65.00

Follow-up:
Follow up appointments are 1 hour for established clients who want to gain more educational health information/ consultation. Fee: $45.00.

Phone Consultation:
This option is open to all clients. Depending on what information they are seeking it may not be available and or possible to consult over the phone. Phone consultations are one hour in length and payment must be made and received by either credit card or check before the appointment date. Fee: $35.00.

For Patients of Dr. Blaine K. Jackson and Dr. Sherry L. Franklin:
This is for established clients of Dr. Blaine K. Jackson and Dr. Sherry L. Franklin who want to increase their knowledge and gain information about holistic health. The consultation is 1 hour in length. Fee: $40.00

Cancellations:
I require at least 24 to 6 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment otherwise you will be a charge a cancellation fee of $35.00. This also applies to missed appointments and "no shows".
